What you will do

• Ensure supply continuity for manufacturing by managing supplier pull-ins and push-outs against MRP demand.
• Lead cross-functional resolution of supply issues with engineering, manufacturing, program management, and supplier account management stakeholders.
• Execute purchasing activities to balance cost, quality, source reliability, and urgency.
• Lead inventory and E&Z reduction efforts.
• Manage purchasing projects, including cost, schedule, and scope.
• Improve purchasing processes and train colleagues on departmental purchasing activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 4–7 years of professional experience.
• Experience managing sensitive information with supplier leadership and internal stakeholders.
• Ability to lead small projects and build consensus across teams.
• Strong knowledge of industry best practices, business drivers, and marketplace competition.
