What you will do
- Coordinate day-to-day execution of the Clinical Services project portfolio and multi-site clinical initiatives.
- Develop project charters, implementation plans, timelines, communication plans, governance documents, dashboards, and implementation checklists.
- Coordinate stakeholders across practices, physicians, clinical experts, operations, analytics, IT, revenue cycle, compliance, marketing, vendors, and external partners.
- Track milestones, action items, issues, decisions, risks, dependencies, resources, and delivery accountability.
- Manage SOPs, playbooks, implementation toolkits, educational resources, and best-practice documentation.
- Coordinate vendor onboarding, workflow integration, implementation, and operational readiness.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in healthcare operations, clinical program management, project management, or clinical services.
- Experience coordinating enterprise or multi-site healthcare initiatives and driving implementation.
- Experience developing project plans, tracking milestones, managing risks, and executing process improvement initiatives.
- Strong systems thinking, organizational, prioritization, communication, analytical, and collaboration skills.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills and the ability to manage multiple high-priority initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
- Attendance is an essential job function.
Nice to have
- Oncology, physician practice, MSO, or value-based care experience.
- Experience with Monday.com or similar project management platforms.
- PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or equivalent certification.
