Project Manager - Oncology

What you will do

• Develop and manage project plans covering timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Lead cross-functional project teams and coordinate delivery against project objectives.
• Monitor progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Engage stakeholders, manage expectations, and maintain alignment with project goals.
• Prepare and present project reports, status updates, and performance metrics.
• Support programme management delivery and develop team capability.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in project management, business, or a related field is preferred.
• Significant project management and team leadership experience.
• Track record of managing projects from inception to completion within scope, time, and budget.
• Strong leadership, organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
• Willingness to travel approximately 30% as required.

Nice to have

• PMP or PRINCE2 certification.
