TL;DR
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (ABA): Leading Behavior Technicians delivering in-home ABA services for children ages 3–18, while conducting remote assessments, developing treatment plans, and monitoring client progress with an accent on family collaboration and clinical quality. Focus on supervising and mentoring clinicians, maintaining accurate documentation, and applying BACB best practices across manageable caseloads.

Location: Fully remote, but candidates must live in the USA; NY LBA required.

What you will do

  • Lead Behavior Technicians providing in-home ABA services to children ages 3–18.
  • Conduct remote assessments, develop treatment plans, and monitor client progress.
  • Collaborate with families to support meaningful treatment outcomes.
  • Mentor and support the clinical team through ongoing feedback and professional development.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and follow BACB best practices.

Requirements

  • Current NY LBA is required.
  • Must reside in the USA.
  • Experience at the manager or supervisor level.
  • Ability to lead Behavior Technicians and oversee ABA services for children.
