Location: New York City, with a hybrid schedule requiring at least three in-person days per week at the Midtown Manhattan office and travel to campuses in the Bronx, Brooklyn, and Manhattan. Employment outside a commutable distance or outside New York State is subject to review. Visa sponsorship and work authorization are not offered.
Salary: $105,060–$131,840 per year

What you will do
- Oversee Functional Behavioral Assessments, Behavior Intervention Plans, and evidence-based behavioral interventions across elementary schools.
- Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of Multi-Tiered Systems of Support, including screening, progress monitoring, and data-driven decision-making.
- Coach school leaders, psychologists, teachers, and Student Support Services teams while designing and facilitating professional development.
- Provide direct clinical support for complex cases and clinical supervision for school psychology interns or trainees.
- Support IEP and Section 504 implementation, special education compliance, audits, reviews, and related services coordination.
- Partner with families, school leaders, the Department of Education, and external stakeholders to coordinate student support.
Requirements
- Graduate degree in School Psychology: Master’s, Ed.S., or Doctoral degree.
- Eligible for or currently holding New York State certification in School Psychology.
- At least five years of successful experience as a school psychologist.
- Expertise in behavioral assessment, FBAs, BIPs, intervention design, progress monitoring, MTSS, and special education regulations.
- Experience with IEP development, implementation, monitoring, compliance documentation, professional development, and coaching educators or school leaders.
- Strong collaboration, advocacy, communication, and educational systems-navigation skills.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with the NYC DOE related services system.
- Experience supporting students with Autism Spectrum Disorder or Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder.
- BCBA or BCBA-D certification.
