Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and ABA Professionals

Location: Remote for candidates in Texas, New York, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, Illinois, or Ohio, United States. Many assignments operate during Pacific Time hours.

What you will do

• Deliver individualized 1:1 and small-group virtual behavior support and academic coaching.
• Implement structured behavior intervention plans under BCBA guidance, focusing on skill acquisition, emotional regulation, and reducing challenging behaviors.
• Adapt instruction, reinforcement, digital rewards, and interactive tools to maintain student engagement.
• Track behavior data during sessions and communicate with families, supervising BCBAs, and school district partners.

Requirements

• Active Registered Behavior Technician certification through the BACB, or equivalent experience or education in ABA, Psychology, or Special Education.
• Experience supporting individuals on the autism spectrum or with developmental and behavioral needs in 1:1 settings.
• Ability to collaborate with parents or guardians on environmental modifications and physical prompting when needed.
• Ability to design and deliver lesson plans aligned with student goals and accommodations.
• Strong virtual instruction skills, including video conferencing and digital whiteboards.
• Ability to pass a background check and use a reliable computer, internet connection, webcam, and quiet workspace.
