Salary: $100,000–$130,000 per year

What you will do

• Design facility-related sites for commercial, healthcare, education, municipal, civic, industrial, sports and recreation, and mission-critical projects.
• Develop site civil designs covering grading, utilities, storm drainage, stormwater management, and erosion control.
• Coordinate with mechanical, electrical, structural, and other multidisciplinary design professionals throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support projects from planning and construction document development through construction administration.
• Manage multiple tasks and projects, pursue operational efficiencies, and communicate with managers and team members.
• Mentor junior staff, delegate tasks, and support the Site Civil team and business group.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Previous experience in general civil engineering and required experience in land development and building-related site civil design.
• Professional engineering license recognized by the licensing board for the position location, such as a PE or P.Eng license.
• Demonstrated leadership and communication skills with good verbal and written communication.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Commitment to active participation in an employee-owned culture.
