Senior Product Development & Production Coordinator

Location: Beverly Hills, CA, United States; onsite, Monday–Friday during core business hours

What you will do

• Oversee daily fashion production activities with internal teams, vendors, factories, and external partners.
• Coordinate product development, collection sampling, aesthetic and design-related activities.
• Monitor production timelines, statuses, capacity, and on-time delivery for current and upcoming orders.
• Resolve production issues and lead daily status meetings with the production manager and team.
• Coordinate with merchandising to ensure materials are available, while managing material calculations, stock, ordering, and cost efficiency.
• Update and maintain purchase-order changes in the ordering system.

Requirements

• At least three years of experience in production, merchandising, product development, or a manufacturing product environment, preferably in fashion or garments.
• Experience with people management, sourcing, and costing processes is desired.
• Intermediate understanding of G-Suite and Microsoft Office.
• Strong time management, organization, communication, decision-making, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a dynamic environment, independently and collaboratively, without compromising quality.
• English required; additional languages are an advantage.

Nice to have

• Experience with garment and fabric construction.
• AA degree in Fashion.
