ARX Performance Specialist (Auto Repair Xpress)

Location: Remote position; candidates must be located in the Colorado area. The role includes regular engagement with assigned repair facilities and onsite reviews.

Annual salary: $73,800–$129,150.

What you will do

• Conduct onsite and virtual performance reviews of Auto Repair Xpress repair facilities.
• Monitor facility performance against established metrics and quality standards.
• Analyze operational data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Partner with repair facilities to implement corrective actions and best practices.
• Build relationships with repair partners and internal stakeholders.
• Support improvements in cycle time, repair quality, customer satisfaction, and operational performance.

Requirements

• Experience in automotive repair, collision repair, insurance claims, or vehicle damage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret performance data.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Compliance with hirify.global policies, procedures, and performance expectations.
• Must be located in the Colorado area.
