What you will do
- Lead full-cycle recruiting for production, engineering, software, hardware, systems engineering, program management, and cleared roles.
- Source active and passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, technical and defense job boards, industry associations, veteran networks, and referrals.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interview panels, assessments, and hiring-team debriefs.
- Administer the ATS, including requisition setup, workflow configuration, candidate tracking, reporting, and compliance documentation.
- Coordinate offers, background checks, pre-employment requirements, onboarding logistics, and first-day preparation.
- Represent the company at technical conferences, defense events, career fairs, and veteran hiring initiatives while reporting pipeline status and recruiting KPIs.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, talent acquisition, or HR.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Experience with an Applicant Tracking System such as Greenhouse, iCIMS, Workday, or a similar platform.
- Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to understand basic requirements for security clearances, including Secret, Top Secret, and TS/SCI eligibility.
Nice to have
- Experience recruiting for or working within government contracting, defense, or aerospace.
- PHR, SHRM-CP, or a similar HR certification, or active pursuit of certification.
