Salary: $95,038–$139,000 USD per year in California

What you will do

• Own full-cycle recruiting from intake through offer acceptance across multiple engineering disciplines and openings.
• Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders on role requirements, interview plans, timelines, and recruiting strategy.
• Develop sourcing strategies to identify, engage, and close highly sought-after passive candidates.
• Manage candidate pipelines, improve hiring velocity, and support a high-quality candidate experience.
• Lead interview debriefs and guide hiring teams through candidate evaluation, decision-making, and closing.
• Track recruiting metrics, monitor pipeline health, identify risks, and maintain accurate ATS documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• At least 2 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience managing multiple searches simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong stakeholder partnership and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to source and engage passive candidates.
• Must be a U.S. person or otherwise eligible for deemed export licensing, including U.S. citizens, U.S. nationals, lawful permanent residents, asylees, or refugees with granted status.

Nice to have

• Engineering recruiting experience in mechanical, avionics, propulsion, thermal controls, software, GNC, structures, or satellites.
• Experience with Greenhouse ATS or a similar applicant tracking system.
• Experience operating autonomously and managing competing priorities.
• Experience in high-growth, fast-scaling organizations.
• Excellent attention to detail and process discipline.
