Recruiter

Location: 100% remote within the USA

Salary: $70,000–$135,000 per year base pay across the U.S., plus bonus, equity, and benefits. Colorado range: $70,000–$125,000.

What you will do

• Own and evolve recruiting strategy across technical and non-technical teams.
• Partner with leadership, cofounders, and hiring managers to define hiring needs and targeted plans.
• Build proactive sourcing pipelines for active and passive candidates, including hard-to-fill roles.
• Track and report recruiting metrics to improve pipeline visibility and performance.
• Optimize ATS platforms, sourcing tools, recruiting processes, and candidate experience.
• Contribute to employer branding and strengthen the presence in the technical talent market.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 3+ years of recruiting experience.
• Demonstrated success sourcing and closing candidates for technical and non-technical roles.
• Experience building and optimizing recruiting pipelines and processes in fast-paced, scaling environments.
• Strong communication and partnership skills with executives and hiring managers.
• Proficiency with ATS systems and technical sourcing tools; analytical approach and comfort with ambiguity.
