Facilities Associate (Healthcare Facilities)

Location: California, Remote. The role coordinates onsite facility operations, may require travel between work sites or community locations, and involves work in participant care settings as needed.

Salary: $65,000–$86,000 annually, plus a target annual bonus of 10% and potential additional incentive compensation.

What you will do

• Coordinate facility maintenance operations for PACE program centers and building-related activities.
• Inspect building structures and identify repair and renovation needs.
• Maintain preventive maintenance schedules for existing and ongoing sites.
• Coordinate facility-related vendors and manage equipment and facility supplies.
• Ensure operational standards, health and safety requirements, and infection control procedures are followed.
• Participate in continuing education, staff meetings, and required training.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of facility maintenance experience, preferably in a geriatric care setting.
• Advanced mechanical skills and knowledge of plumbing, HVAC, and other building systems.
• Proficiency with repair tools and techniques.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment, navigate ambiguity, and contribute to continuous improvement.
• Ability to communicate with participants, caregivers, team members, vendors, and other stakeholders.
• Must comply with applicable U.S. employment eligibility requirements; hirify.global participates in E-Verify.
