What you will do

• Oversee installation, capacity augmentation, testing, turn-up, repair, and routine maintenance for assigned network facilities and infrastructure assets.
• Coordinate internal resources, contractors, and vendors for existing facilities, new construction, cabinet installations, and service cross-connections.
• Perform monthly capacity reporting and maintain documentation for assigned facilities and assets.
• Support preventative maintenance and troubleshooting for HVAC, emergency generators, transfer switching, UPS, power, grounding, and related systems.
• Manage data center access control, customer enrollment and escorts, shipping and receiving, reporting, and data entry.
• Participate in the on-call rotation, serve as essential personnel during emergencies, and assist with field installation tasks when needed.

Requirements

• Basic understanding of power and grounding, HVAC and UPS architecture, and AC/DC and utility and emergency power systems.
• Ability to read CLR, floor plan, and one-line power diagrams.
• Basic operation of field test equipment for power measurement and infrastructure troubleshooting.
• Understanding of access procedures, service order workflows, inventory control, PIC list and POR processes, and SharePoint resources.
• Ability to coordinate contract labor and complete installation, testing, maintenance, reporting, and data center security activities.
