TL;DR
IT Lead (Cloud): Develop and execute internal technology strategy while overseeing infrastructure, systems, technology projects, data environments, and cybersecurity with an accent on cloud architecture, data governance, compliance, and reliability. Location: Remote anywhere in the USA

What you will do
- Develop and execute the internal technology strategy in alignment with business goals.
- Partner with leadership to identify and prioritize technology needs.
- Oversee technology projects, infrastructure, systems integration, and ongoing maintenance.
- Ensure systems are secure, reliable, scalable, and compliant with applicable standards.
- Manage risks, issues, bugs, delivery schedules, project scope, and technology budgets.
- Lead system owners and report technology strategy, project status, and performance metrics to senior leadership.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in software development and IT infrastructure.
- 2+ years of experience in technology leadership roles, including complex project delivery.
- Proficiency in AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform, including cloud architecture and best practices.
- Experience managing large-scale data environments, data storage, processing, governance, SQL and NoSQL databases, and data analytics tools.
- Experience developing cybersecurity strategies, managing vulnerabilities and risks, and ensuring compliance with security standards.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
