Python Engineer (AI)

Location: Hybrid onsite in Atlanta, GA, with 3 days per week onsite in the Dunwoody area; must live in the Metro Atlanta area.

What you will do

• Design, develop, and support systems that automate business functions for clients.
• Translate user stories and functional requirements into scalable technical designs.
• Build and maintain production-ready Python applications and features with a focus on end-user experience.
• Define architectures, components, interfaces, data models, and data flows.
• Implement monitoring and alerting to ensure application SLAs are met.
• Collaborate with developers, technical analysts, product leaders, clients, and delivery teams in an agile technology pod.

Requirements

• 7+ years of hands-on Python backend development experience.
• Experience using AI to write code and enable AI-supported solutions.
• Cloud engineering experience, preferably with Azure.
• Experience developing software in an ecommerce environment.
• Familiarity with CI/CD.
• Ability to take ownership, work autonomously, and deliver with urgency.

Nice to have

• Experience with GitHub and Jenkins.
• Experience working in a SOC environment.
• Support experience with SymphonyAI.
• Experience with Centreon monitoring and automated remediation.
• Experience with primary and secondary data center load balancers and workload clustering.
