Lead Software Engineer (AI)

Salary: $121,200–$133,300 annually

What you will do

• Design, develop, test, and deliver custom enterprise-level applications.
• Lead small delivery teams and support teammates’ technical and career development.
• Diagnose and solve complex problems for Fortune 500 clients across multiple industries.
• Execute projects across the full software development life cycle, including requirements gathering, estimation, architecture, development, testing, and delivery.
• Build modern applications and data-driven solutions using cloud technologies, IoT, machine learning, AI, DevOps, and web or mobile platforms.
• Present findings, solutions, and demos to technical stakeholders, non-technical audiences, and senior executives.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of hands-on software development experience.
• Experience with technical leadership, coaching, or leading project components.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to create and implement innovative solutions.
• Ability to balance multiple responsibilities, adapt to varied environments, and explain concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Bachelor’s degree in MIS, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or comparable experience.
• Legally authorized to work for any company in the United States without sponsorship.
