Senior Director, Platform Software Engineering

Location: United States; hybrid role with remote and in-office flexibility mentioned in the benefits.

Salary: $181,317–$326,371 base pay annually, plus variable pay and benefits.

What you will do

• Lead the vision, roadmap, priorities, and success metrics for the Agentic Service Catalog platform.
• Translate user feedback and business needs into product enhancements and new capabilities.
• Contribute to front-end applications, APIs, integrations, workflows, and AI-powered features.
• Partner with architects and engineers to build scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions.
• Design intelligent capabilities such as recommendations, workflow assistance, decision support, and contextual guidance.
• Lead engineering teams while remaining involved in architecture, design reviews, and hands-on development.

Requirements

• 8+ years of people leadership and management experience.
• 8+ years of experience building and delivering platform-based software products.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
• Full-stack engineering experience with modern web applications, APIs, integrations, and workflow platforms.
• Experience with technologies such as React, TypeScript, Python, or similar modern stacks.
• Experience applying AI, machine learning, large language models, automation, or intelligent workflow technologies to business problems.
