Plant Quality Manager (Packaging)

Location: Carrollton, TX, USA; the position is also stated to be located in Irving, TX

Annual base salary: $88,000–$99,000 for Quality Manager I, $102,240–$115,020 for Quality Manager II, or $113,840–$128,070 for Quality Manager III, plus a quarterly target bonus of 12.5% of base salary.

What you will do

• Develop and maintain the plant’s quality testing and reporting system.
• Coordinate, support, train, and facilitate activities across the Quality Management System.
• Serve as the point of contact for customer issues, lead corrective actions, and ensure customer requirements are met.
• Own the Advanced Product Quality Planning Process and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage specifications, test methods, work instructions, audits, and quality records.
• Develop operational best practices and train employees across all shifts.

Requirements

• Four-year degree in science, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 2 years of experience developing and maintaining a quality testing and reporting system.
• Experience with quality management systems, customer requirements, corrective actions, audits, and quality records.
• Ability to work at the plant locations in Carrollton or Irving, Texas.
