What you will do
- Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and stakeholders to establish project-specific sustainability goals.
- Monitor sustainability regulations and third-party rating systems, including LEED and WELL.
- Lead project meetings and integrate sustainability objectives into project documentation.
- Manage third-party certification processes, including documentation review and submissions.
- Oversee deliverables, budgets, schedules, and sustainability-related project risks.
- Analyze annual financial data and coordinate greenhouse gas emissions reporting with external consultants.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, building science, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience as a sustainability project manager.
- Proven experience managing third-party rating system certifications.
- LEED Accredited Professional certification is required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Revit, SketchUp, and Bluebeam Revu.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.
