Accountant (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Prepare and analyze internal income statements, balance sheets, cash flow statements, and monthly cost-center reports.
• Record general ledger entries and complete timely monthly account reconciliations.
• Oversee internal orders, including capital projects and tooling or engineering orders, and ensure timely customer billing.
• Coordinate fixed-asset capitalization and record depreciation in accordance with the matching principle.
• Prepare project analyses, financial models, appropriation requests, and ad hoc financial analyses.
• Support year-end external audits, internal audits, cost accounting projects, and physical inventory reconciliation.

Requirements

• Four-year degree in Accounting.
• Qualified Accountant certification such as ACA, ACCA, or CIMA.
• Approximately three years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing organization.
• Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel.
• Strong written, oral, interpersonal, communication, attention-to-detail, and accuracy skills.
