Technical Account Manager (AI)

What you will do

• Translate client brand voice, SEO targets, and compliance rules into AI prompts and checklists.
• Build and refine the first three hero ASIN listings based on client feedback.
• Process remaining ASINs at scale through the AI workflow and ensure client acceptance criteria are met.
• Perform first-pass quality checks for accuracy, brand fit, character counts, links, and policy compliance.
• Improve prompts, scripts, code libraries, keyword APIs, and internal dashboards to reduce manual work.
• Run post-publish checks for indexing, Buy-Box visibility, and share of voice, then flag underperforming listings for refresh.

Requirements

• Analytical mindset, curiosity, and ability to break problems into clear steps.
• Confidence building formulas in Google Sheets or Excel, with willingness to learn pivots and ARRAYFORMULA.
• Clear written communication and ability to document work and explain issues.
• Meticulous attention to detail when checking content, links, counts, and brand guidelines.
• Ability to learn new software quickly and ask effective questions.

Nice to have

• Experience with Amazon Seller Central or e-commerce SEO.
• Basic JavaScript, Python, or Google Apps Script knowledge.
• Experience with data-analysis or BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
• Hands-on experience with generative AI tools, prompt engineering, keyword-research tools, or HTML.
