Architectural Project Manager

Location: Cleveland, Ohio, United States; four days in the office with flexibility to work elsewhere on Fridays

Salary: $90,000–$100,000 USD per year

What you will do

• Oversee one or more projects, including schedules, budgets, fees, deliverables, and quality standards.
• Develop project plans with milestones and staffing, and adjust them as project needs change.
• Lead and coordinate project teams, vendors, external consultants, and design leaders.
• Manage client communication, project status reporting, decisions, and client-directed changes.
• Support business development, scope and fee negotiations, agreements, and proposal and interview processes.
• Provide leadership and performance feedback while contributing to project team recruitment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, or interior design.
• Minimum of 8 years of professional experience, including at least 3 years as a project manager.
• Proficiency in Vantagepoint, Planifi, INDEPRO, Microsoft Suite, and Microsoft Project.
• High proficiency in standard A/E/I/P software and strong knowledge of design tools and techniques for technical plans, drawings, and models.
• Knowledge of sustainable design principles and local building and zoning codes.
• Strong written, verbal, and graphic communication skills; a current portfolio or work samples in PDF format is required for consideration.
