Client Success Manager (Ecommerce)

What you will do

• Build and maintain long-term client relationships as the primary point of contact.
• Analyze campaign performance metrics, track client KPIs, and identify growth opportunities.
• Create scalable processes that improve client deliverables and team efficiency.
• Use advanced spreadsheet tools to manage data and produce detailed reports.
• Lead client onboarding sessions and explain AI-driven tools, processes, and expectations.
• Collaborate with content, analytics, and development teams while representing client feedback internally.

Requirements

• Excellent communication, relationship-building, issue-resolution, and stakeholder-alignment skills.
• Strong ability to analyze and interpret data into actionable insights.
• Proven experience identifying inefficiencies and designing streamlined processes.
• Advanced spreadsheet skills, including formulas, pivot tables, and data visualization.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accurate, polished deliverables.

Nice to have

• Experience in ecommerce or digital marketing, particularly with Amazon.
