What you will do
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure alignment with customer needs.
- Provide rapid and comprehensive support to resolve client issues and answer questions.
- Educate users on new features and best practices to maximize product usage.
- Monitor engagement and satisfaction to identify growth, upsell, and renewal opportunities.
- Manage the renewal process to ensure high retention rates.
- Collect and structure client feedback to inform product and marketing stakeholders.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in customer success management.
- Fluency in Portuguese.
- Proven experience in customer retention and nurturing SMB relationships.
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to execution.
- Experience working based on KPIs such as SLA, CSAT, Retention, and Churn.
- Practical experience with AI tools and high software learning aptitude.
Nice to have
- Good English proficiency.
- Experience in Brazilian e-commerce or analytical tools companies.
