What you will do

  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure alignment with customer needs.
  • Provide rapid and comprehensive support to resolve client issues and answer questions.
  • Educate users on new features and best practices to maximize product usage.
  • Monitor engagement and satisfaction to identify growth, upsell, and renewal opportunities.
  • Manage the renewal process to ensure high retention rates.
  • Collect and structure client feedback to inform product and marketing stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in customer success management.
  • Fluency in Portuguese.
  • Proven experience in customer retention and nurturing SMB relationships.
  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to execution.
  • Experience working based on KPIs such as SLA, CSAT, Retention, and Churn.
  • Practical experience with AI tools and high software learning aptitude.

Nice to have

  • Good English proficiency.
  • Experience in Brazilian e-commerce or analytical tools companies.
