Customer Success Manager (AI)

Location: Dundee, Scotland; hybrid work with attendance at the Dundee office two days per week. Candidates must be eligible to work in the UK; visa sponsorship is not available.

What you will do

• Own client relationships and help customers unlock value from the hirify.global platform.
• Build trusted, strategic relationships with client stakeholders, including CMOs, CRM leads, project managers, and software developers.
• Coordinate hirify.global resources and connect the right internal teams with key client stakeholders.
• Represent customer needs internally by communicating requests and issues across departments.
• Provide platform training, guidance, and advice to help clients achieve their business goals.
• Communicate product updates and releases and support clients in implementing changes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 1–4 years of experience in relevant roles, ideally in software or technology-related companies.
• Strong presentation, communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
• Proactive, highly organized approach with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Ability to learn quickly and articulate technology to stakeholders at different levels.
• Excellent computer skills, including Excel, and eligibility to work in the UK without sponsorship.
