Location: Hybrid role based in Rogers, Arkansas; Cleveland, Ohio; or Columbus, Ohio

Salary: $92,450–$187,644 per year. Typical new-hire range in Rogers, Arkansas: $92,450–$119,805.

What you will do

  • Lead electrical engineering projects and programs from concept through completion.
  • Perform calculations and design advanced building systems across multidisciplinary project teams.
  • Coordinate project scope and feasibility with architects, contractors, engineers, equipment representatives, and project managers.
  • Oversee drawing preparation, document production, quality reviews, and technical accuracy.
  • Mentor and coach engineers while providing technical oversight and supporting professional growth.
  • Attend client and architect meetings and visit project sites to verify existing conditions or observe construction progress.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Architectural Engineering from an ABET-accredited institution and 10 or more years of relevant experience; a relevant master’s degree may substitute for up to one year of experience.
  • Advanced knowledge of engineering design, the AEC industry, applicable codes, standards, and regulations.
  • Experience creating and maintaining engineering standards and tools.
  • Professional Engineering (PE) license required.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Deltek, Autodesk Revit, Visual Lighting, SKM Power Tools, Bluebeam Revu, and other applicable design software.
  • Ability to enter daily timesheet data and use Microsoft Outlook for email correspondence.
