Location: United States; listed offices include Dallas/Plano, Phoenix, Las Vegas, Houston, Washington, D.C./Chantilly, and Denver. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
Salary: $108,360–$162,540 in Las Vegas; $113,520–$170,280 in Denver; $119,712–$179,568 in Los Angeles and Washington, D.C.; $125,904–$188,856 in New York City. Annual salary varies by geographic labor costs.

What you will do
- Lead electrical engineering design from concept through completion for complex and large-scale projects.
- Direct the preparation of layouts, drawings, schematics, specifications, and other design documents.
- Develop solutions to advanced engineering problems and provide technical guidance across the discipline.
- Mentor and coach designers and engineers, and contribute to staffing, training, and technical strategy.
- Conduct or issue final quality reviews and ensure compliance with applicable standards and best practices.
- Communicate with clients, resolve technical and construction challenges, support business development, and serve as Engineer of Record when assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical, mechanical, fire protection, architectural, or another relevant engineering field.
- 9+ years of relevant experience in electrical engineering design and MEP/construction.
- Advanced or expert proficiency in electrical design, applicable codes and standards, Revit, Bluebeam, construction processes, Microsoft Office, and relevant engineering software.
- Ability to lead discipline coordination and manage complex or large-scale project scopes.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license is strongly preferred and required when serving as Engineer of Record.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States is required.
