Finance Technology Product and Portfolio Lead (Finance Technology)

Location: Hybrid position in Pennsylvania, with less than 25% physical work-site requirements

What you will do

• Establish, lead, and continuously evolve the centralized Finance Technology Demand and Portfolio Management function.
• Develop and manage Finance technology product roadmaps and portfolios aligned with business and Finance transformation objectives.
• Lead demand intake, prioritization, funding, and resource allocation for technology initiatives and enhancements.
• Translate business needs into technical requirements and coordinate alignment between Finance stakeholders and Technology teams.
• Monitor project progress, portfolio performance, budgets, risks, and value realization, taking corrective action when needed.
• Improve Finance technology processes, tools, governance practices, and delivery effectiveness.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in technology product management, portfolio management, or strategic technology leadership within a large organization.
• 7+ years of experience working directly with Finance business units and financial technology solutions.
• 7+ years of experience leading cross-functional teams and complex technology initiatives without direct authority.
• 5+ years of experience with demand management, including intake, prioritization, and resource allocation.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience and education.
• Required PMP and SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager certifications.

Nice to have

• 5+ years of experience in the healthcare industry and familiarity with Highmark’s business model.
• Experience with Finance transformation programs, portfolio governance frameworks, M&A integration, and demand or project management solutions.
• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field.
• CSPO or CSM certification.
