Chief Technology/Product Officer-Academic Health Plans

Location: Grapevine, Texas; must be based in Dallas-Fort Worth or willing to relocate there, with a prerequisite to work in the office.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end development and delivery of a new platform across architecture, engineering, product management, testing, and release.
• Own the migration from legacy systems to the new product environment and oversee data transition.
• Set engineering and product standards, establish the product roadmap, and drive execution.
• Build development processes, operating cadence, team structures, and accountability practices that improve velocity and quality.
• Resolve complex technical challenges, operational issues, and product gaps.
• Partner with executive leadership and external stakeholders on technical innovation and business growth.

Requirements

• Senior leadership experience spanning engineering and product ownership.
• Track record of delivering large-scale platform builds and modernizing legacy systems.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams across engineering, product, QA, and architecture.
• Strong SaaS product experience, preferably in regulated or complex environments.
• Strong communication skills for collaboration with senior leaders and external partners.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related discipline required.

Nice to have

• Experience leading technology and product organizations in mid-sized businesses with $50–$100 million in revenue.
• MBA.
