Salary: $135,960–$226,600 annually

What you will do

• Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Cash Management capabilities, including banking and payments.
• Lead product discovery and solution design with advisors, service teams, operations, and technology.
• Translate business needs into product requirements and user stories, and prioritize features by impact, value, and feasibility.
• Collaborate with Agile delivery teams to deliver roadmap initiatives on time and with high quality.
• Partner with Service and Operations on launch readiness and support for new capabilities.
• Monitor product performance, user feedback, operational efficiency, quality, and compliance readiness to guide continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Technology, or a related field; an MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
• At least 9 years of product management experience in Financial Services or FinTech.
• Strong understanding of banking and transaction processing.
• Strong SDLC and technical background, including SQL, CI/CD, UX design, AWS, and cloud technologies.
• Experience with banking risk, compliance, and fraud.
• Strong Agile, stakeholder management, communication, analytical, and cross-functional leadership skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with CRM platforms, account onboarding solutions, advisor portals, and financial integrations.
• Experience with broker-dealer or large retail bank systems.
