Director, Product Management (Fintech)

Location: Hybrid in Saint Petersburg, Florida, United States; 2–3 in-office days per week, averaging 10–12 days per month at the St. Petersburg corporate office.

What you will do

• Own and evolve the Client Onboarding application.
• Lead product strategy and implementation for a significant business area.
• Develop annual business plans, budgets, business cases, and measurable business outcomes.
• Manage a small team, set objectives, monitor performance, and support talent development.
• Collaborate with business leaders, development teams, end users, and support functions to deliver system solutions.
• Provide oversight, planning, decision-making, analysis, and long-term product vision.

Requirements

• More than 10 years of relevant experience, including management or leadership experience.
• More than 15 years of general experience and 10–15 years of management experience.
• Expertise in strategic planning, organizational change, project or program management, and business operations.
• Strong communication, analytical, planning, prioritization, and decision-making skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer and Information Science or Information Technology, or high school education as listed in the requirements.
• Work visa sponsorship is not available now or in the future.
