Senior Financial Analyst

What you will do

• Partner with Residential Services leadership by providing financial insights and guidance for business growth.
• Lead forecasting for subscribers, revenue, and expenses and contribute to the Financial Plan and Rolling Forecast.
• Develop financial models, performance targets, variance analysis, and actionable recommendations.
• Design and maintain KPI dashboards to support operational decision-making.
• Conduct scenario analysis for product launches, pricing strategies, and operational initiatives, including profitability and ROI assessment.
• Present financial results and strategies to Finance, Residential Services, and senior leadership while mentoring Financial Analyst team members.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in finance, accounting, forecasting, or budgeting.
• Advanced financial modeling skills and high proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or Accounting.
• Experience with MS SQL, Power BI, or Tableau is beneficial.
• Experience with FP&A planning tools such as Workday Adaptive is helpful.
