What you will do

• Develop financial models for business decisions involving revenue, strategy, capital, operations, and expenses.
• Test financial models and validate their results.
• Analyze major projects and proposals using computer modeling techniques.
• Manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt priorities as demands change.
• Present analysis to diverse audiences, anticipate questions, and adapt communication to the audience.
• Provide customers and Finance Leadership with clear, actionable guidance and updates.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, finance, or a related discipline.
• Four years of direct experience in financial analysis, financial planning, business consulting, project management, accounting, audit, or operational analysis.
• Experience with financial modeling for cost-benefit and profit-and-loss analysis.
• Advanced proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, Essbase Tools, or comparable applications.
• Strong analytical, communication, human relations, presentation, and written storytelling skills.
• Ability to define problems, evaluate alternatives, and provide concise recommendations.

Nice to have

• Financial modeling with Excel, Power Automate, and Power BI.
• Financial reporting knowledge, including GAAP, revenue recognition, income statements, and sales projections.
• Narrative storytelling through PowerPoint slides, emails, and in-person presentations.
