Senior Analyst, Financial Operations

What you will do

• Consolidate practice forecast inputs, load data into the finance system, and validate accuracy.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly reporting, including variance analysis against plans, KPIs, and reforecasts.
• Collaborate with Operations, Practice Accounting, Corporate FP&A, and practice leaders to improve financial reporting and business processes.
• Develop reporting, self-service tools, flash reports, and dashboards for finance teams and business partners.
• Drive automation of financial and operational reporting processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in Finance, Business, Economics, or Accounting.
• 2–5 years of professional experience with a record of academic and professional excellence.
• Strong analytical, communication, presentation, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with data mining, financial modeling, financial systems, and planning applications.
• High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to work independently and manage projects.
• Ability to work from the Nashville headquarters in an office-based role.
