What you will do

• Administer safety and compliance databases.
• Provide executive and field HSE support.
• Maintain accurate and reportable HSE records.
• Organize and prioritize multiple ongoing tasks in a fast-paced office environment.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders while working independently.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3+ years of administration experience in a professional environment or related office experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Suite.
• Valid driver license for the types of vehicles that may be driven and an acceptable driving record.
