People Partner (Robotics)

Location: On-site in Pittsburgh or New York City, United States

Salary: $100,000–$185,000 annually, plus equity and perks.

What you will do

• Scale the People function and partner with department heads and managers on culture, performance, and organizational growth.
• Manage performance processes, including performance reviews, 360 reviews, and 1:1 programs.
• Support employees throughout the lifecycle, synthesize feedback, and improve the employee experience.
• Create and lead learning and development initiatives and employee recognition programs.
• Develop people and culture analytics that support data-driven decisions by managers and departments.
• Advise leaders and employees on performance concerns, employee relations, employment law, and compliance.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or People Partner.
• Knowledge of general HR law and employment legislation.
• Strong interpersonal, relationship-building, facilitation, coaching, and counseling skills.
• Experience diagnosing organizational development issues and resolving employee relations disputes and complaints.
• Ability to evaluate processes and systems and build lightweight, scalable solutions.
• Ability to work on-site in Pittsburgh or New York City.

• Experience scaling programs in an organization with fewer than 500 employees.
