Staff Analog Design Engineer (PMIC)

What you will do

• Translate product requirements into system architectures and design strategies for power management products.
• Lead major circuit block designs from concept through production release, including design, simulation, verification, and layout supervision.
• Own feasibility assessments, task delegation, design reviews, technical documentation, and intellectual property development.
• Plan and lead laboratory evaluations with Applications Engineering and support top-level verification, test development, and production ramp activities.
• Improve circuit design techniques and methodologies while supporting customer-facing technical discussions and RFQ activities.
• Coach and mentor less experienced engineers and coordinate work across cross-functional, geographically distributed teams.

Requirements

• 8–12 years of relevant experience in analog or mixed-signal integrated circuit design.
• Advanced technical knowledge of complex semiconductor design projects and power management circuits.
• Experience leading or coordinating significant technical projects and design activities.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, presentation, documentation, and customer-facing skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Willingness to undertake occasional international travel, including at short notice.
