Principal Analog Design Engineer (Automotive)

What you will do

• Architect next-generation mixed-signal PMICs for automotive and industrial systems.
• Lead analog design from architecture definition and circuit implementation through verification, validation, and production.
• Design DC-DC converter circuits, including error amplifiers, references, compensation networks, current sensing, protection, gate drivers, startup, and power sequencing functions.
• Define subsystem and interface specifications based on product and system requirements.
• Ensure performance, power efficiency, robustness, functional safety, thermal performance, reliability, and standards compliance.
• Collaborate with digital, system, validation, application, test, quality, customers, and product-definition teams.

Requirements

• MSEE degree.
• At least 10 years of experience developing mixed-signal ICs, including preferably more than 5 years as an architect or technical leader.
• Expertise in DC-DC converter architecture and design, with strong knowledge of analog system and transistor-level circuit design.
• Experience with Cadence Virtuoso, Spectre, AMS, and related design tools.
• Good oral and written English communication skills.
• Ability to solve complex problems and collaborate in cross-functional teams.

Nice to have

• Experience with power-management design.
