Senior Analog Validation Engineer (Semiconductors)

What you will do

• Develop and execute post-silicon validation plans for analog and mixed-signal SoC subsystems.
• Characterize ADCs, DACs, comparators, oscillators, PLLs, references, sensors, regulators, and power management circuits across process, voltage, temperature, operating modes, and silicon margins.
• Build automated test software, embedded firmware, data-logging, analysis, and report-generation tools.
• Analyze accuracy, linearity, noise, offset, gain, timing, stability, frequency response, and power consumption.
• Correlate silicon results with design expectations, simulations, ATE, and production test data.
• Debug SoC-level interactions across analog, digital, firmware, clocks, power management, and board-level hardware while supporting lab infrastructure and production readiness.

Requirements

• BS or MS in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in post-silicon validation, analog characterization, mixed-signal validation, or semiconductor development.
• Strong knowledge of analog and mixed-signal circuit behavior and measurement techniques.
• Hands-on experience validating integrated analog blocks and using oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, signal generators, precision DMMs, source measurement units, and power supplies.
• Experience with Python, Tcl, C/C++, embedded firmware, and ARM-based MCU or SoC platforms.
• Must be currently authorized to work in the United States for any employer. Visa sponsorship is not available now or in the future.

Nice to have

• Experience with ultra-low-power SoCs, advanced power management, high-resolution ADC characterization, clocking circuits, PLLs, oscillators, references, and voltage regulation.
• Experience with PVT characterization, shmoo testing, statistical analysis, specification limit development, and ATE correlation.
• Experience with noise analysis, signal integrity, board-level analog design, automated characterization frameworks, Linux, Git, and structured data analysis.
