What you will do

• Identify new and emerging partnerships and provide solutions to prospective customers.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans to grow market share, revenue, and profitability.
• Build long-term relationships with corporates, buying groups, universities, e-commerce partners, and charities.
• Lead negotiations covering commercial terms, pricing, and service delivery.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer support to deliver tailored solutions.
• Use data-driven insights and market intelligence to identify and act on growth opportunities.

Requirements

• Proven success in account management or business development.
• Experience in the veterinary or animal-health sector is preferred.
• Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to turn insights into action.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and analytical skills.
