Senior Account Manager (Veterinary Software)

Location: 100% remote within the USA

Salary: $100,000–$150,000 per year plus bonus, equity, and benefits. For Colorado, the range is $100,000–$120,000 plus bonus, equity, and benefits.

hirify.global develops veterinary software platforms, including a procurement marketplace, home delivery ecommerce, and practice management systems used by veterinary hospitals across the United States.

What you will do

• Manage day-to-day communication and oversight for corporate veterinary hospital group partners.
• Design and lead the corporate accounts strategy.
• Build trusted relationships with executives, stakeholders, and champions within strategic accounts.
• Demonstrate customer value through business reviews and strategic touchpoints, including on-site meetings.
• Collect customer product feedback and inform the product development roadmap.
• Create account roadmaps that support platform adoption, growth, and customer success.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 8+ years of account management experience.
• Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Strong time, process management, and analytical skills.
• Proven success identifying and developing executive relationships.
• Must be eligible to work in the USA; work visa sponsorship is not available.

• Experience defining an emerging function in a rapidly growing startup environment.
