Account Director (Animal Health)

What you will do

• Develop data-driven marketing and sales strategies aligned with client business objectives.
• Serve as the primary client contact and build long-term relationships.
• Drive revenue growth across existing clients and the account group.
• Organize and oversee multiple campaigns and projects, coordinating internal execution teams.
• Prepare and present account summaries and renewal proposals.
• Manage, motivate, and mentor the account team while tracking deadlines and project budgets.

Requirements

• Animal Health experience required.
• At least 5 years of agency or relevant experience in the healthcare industry.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication, negotiation, public speaking, organization, time-management, and leadership skills.
• Ability to build strong client relationships and think flexibly.
