Key Account Manager (Industrial Solutions)

What you will do

• Promote and sell John Crane products and solutions within an assigned territory.
• Achieve monthly and annual orders, sales budgets, and agreed KPIs.
• Develop existing customer accounts and execute new account management and sales strategies.
• Build customer call cycles, follow up on visits and quotations, and support order closing.
• Provide real-time sales support, order progress updates, and information to key accounts.
• Research industry, supplier, product, competitor, and customer trends to identify sales and product development opportunities.

Requirements

• Experience in sales and key account management for industrial products or solutions.
• Ability to develop budgets, strategic account plans, and territory sales plans.
• Knowledge of industry, product, customer, and competitor trends.
• Ability to use SAP C4C for quotations, customer contacts, sales activities, and account plans.
• Ability to provide professional customer support and maintain timely follow-up.
