QC/Lab Technician 2nd Shift (3p-11:30pm)

Location: Dallas, Texas, United States; onsite laboratory work on the 2nd shift from 3:00 p.m. to 11:30 p.m.

What you will do

• Prepare samples, reagents, and testing materials and perform basic laboratory measurements.
• Receive, label, store, dispose of, and prepare samples, including stability pulls.
• Operate laboratory equipment and perform routine checks, calibrations, and basic upkeep.
• Monitor and replenish laboratory supplies, consumables, and reagents.
• Record testing data in line with ALCOA+ data integrity and documentation requirements.
• Support the QC Team Leader and QC Chemist while collaborating with Operations and Supply Chain to maintain production flow and audit readiness.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; an associate degree in a scientific discipline is preferred.
• Basic laboratory or manufacturing experience, academic or industrial.
• Familiarity with balances, pipettes, pH meters, and other basic laboratory equipment.
• Basic understanding of laboratory safety practices.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, reliability, communication, and teamwork.
• Ability to follow established procedures and maintain accurate, compliant documentation.

Nice to have

• Experience in a GMP, ISO, or other regulated environment.
• Experience with sample handling, labeling, and chain-of-custody requirements.
• Exposure to equipment verification, calibration, and data integrity principles such as ALCOA+.
