Quality Control Laboratory Technician

Location: Cordova, Illinois, United States; onsite at the Cordova plant on a rotating 12-hour shift.

Expected compensation: $71,721–$87,660 annually, including base pay and variable incentive pay if eligible.

What you will do

• Analyze samples with minimal supervision and report results.
• Support product quality, development, process scale-ups, production processes, validations, and optimizations.
• Use LIMS and other computer systems to document test results.
• Maintain laboratory equipment and support quality control laboratory process improvements.
• Participate in quality improvement programs and improve testing cycle times.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or higher education, completed and verified before starting.
• At least one year of quality control technician experience.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employment visa sponsorship.
• Relocation is not authorized; the position requires work at the Cordova plant.
• Ability to communicate test results and observations effectively and work with diverse teams.
• Detail orientation and strong oral and written communication skills.

Nice to have

• Associate or two-year technical degree.
• At least three years of experience as a chemical operator, laboratory technician, or a combination of both.
• Knowledge of measurement systems, testing, calibration, and basic quality tools.
• Experience with diverse teams and external partners.
