DT Business Analyst Lead (ERP Systems)

What you will do

• Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams for ERP and enterprise application delivery.
• Lead process discovery, requirements gathering, solution design, implementation, and change-impact analysis across sales, finance, manufacturing, supply chain, customer service, and enterprise operations.
• Act as Product Owner for an agile Scrum team by managing the backlog, facilitating sprint planning, supporting PI planning, and driving delivery execution in a SAFe environment.
• Support ERP modernization, system enhancements, acquisitions, plant rollouts, and enterprise transformation initiatives.
• Create business requirements, functional specifications, process flows, test scenarios, training documentation, and implementation materials.
• Identify risks and blockers, coordinate cross-functional activities, use data and AI-enabled tools to improve analysis, and mentor business analysts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and five or more years of experience in business analysis or a related field.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Visio, Excel, integrations, data analysis, ITIL, and business analysis practices.
• Strong communication, critical thinking, organization, influencing, problem-solving, negotiation, business acumen, strategy, and leadership skills.
• Experience with ERP systems and manufacturing, sales, supply chain, finance, customer service, or enterprise operations processes.
• Experience with Infor XA ERP, ERP integrations, implementations, acquisitions, plant rollouts, or enterprise transformation is preferred.
• Experience as a Product Owner or Lead Business Analyst in SAFe or agile delivery, including backlog prioritization, user stories, sprint planning, and PI planning.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Infor XA modules including COM, EPDM, EGL/eFin, CST, IM, and ML.
• Experience with Lead to Cash, Record to Report, Source to Pay, or Plan to Produce processes.
• CBAP, CCBA, BABOK, formal business analysis training, or equivalent methodology experience.
• Experience using AI-enabled tools to improve analysis quality and business process outcomes.
