What you will do

• Process electronic, faxed, and verbal prescriptions according to Blink protocols, including complex and high-difficulty entries.
• Coordinate provider and physician communications through inbound and outbound calls.
• Accept warm-transferred provider calls and establish call context before handling them.
• Resolve open issues submitted by pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, and the Incident Coordinator team.
• Complete pharmacy technician duties safely and in compliance with corporate policies and state and federal laws.

Requirements

• At least six months of pharmacy technician or similar industry experience.
• PTCB or NHA certification before joining.
• Active Pennsylvania Pharmacy Technician license, or willingness to obtain one and have it approved before the start date.
• Professional phone presence in a support or service capacity.
• Strong attention to detail, technical aptitude, and ability to learn complex software.
• Competence in basic pharmacy calculations.
