Principal Product Manager (Healthcare Technology)

Location: Remote within the United States; regular onsite customer travel required, with up to 40% travel.

Salary: $153,075–$275,535 annually, plus variable pay and benefits.

What you will do

• Define the proof-of-concept strategy and launch the GenAI Appeals product to beta customers.
• Own the new product line as the Single Threaded Owner from discovery through launch, scale, and optimization.
• Lead go-to-market activities and align sales, operations, engineering, finance, marketing, and implementation teams.
• Engage customers through onsite visits, product development, sales activities, and implementation support.
• Partner with engineering and technology leaders to build scalable, repeatable, value-creating products.
• Define success metrics, conduct competitive analysis, and guide prioritization based on customer value, growth, revenue, and technical risk.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience developing new 0-to-1 products in healthcare technology.
• At least 3 years of product management experience in healthcare technology and 5 years in Provider Revenue Cycle Management.
• Expertise in healthcare technology, RCM, and leading EMR systems such as Epic, Cerner, and Meditech.
• Experience with HL7v2 2.7, FHIR R4, and ANSI X12 v5010.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and align product, engineering, sales, marketing, and support teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, information technology, computer science, engineering, or a related field.

Nice to have

• Experience with JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Office, and modern collaboration tools.
• Strong technical and architectural understanding.
• Experience producing product, strategy, and customer-facing documentation.
