Senior Product Designer, AI

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end design process for AI-powered product experiences across web and mobile.
• Design intuitive experiences for frontline users, including maintenance technicians and facility managers.
• Translate ambiguous AI problem spaces into clear, testable, user-centered solutions.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers to align user needs, business objectives, and technical possibilities.
• Develop reusable design patterns and contribute to a scalable design system.
• Present design concepts and decisions, incorporate feedback, and champion design quality across the product lifecycle.

Requirements

• 6+ years of professional product design experience, ideally in B2B SaaS, enterprise software, or complex digital platforms.
• Hands-on experience designing AI-powered experiences such as natural-language interfaces, AI agents, or predictive insights.
• Exceptional visual and interaction design skills, including typography, spacing, color, layout, motion, and interface quality.
• Strong product thinking, systems-oriented mindset, and ability to simplify complex or ambiguous problems.
• Strong collaboration, communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
• Expert-level spoken and written English required, including the ability to present work to executive stakeholders.
